The catalogues at Hindman—formerly Leslie Hindman Auctioneers—are simple and sophisticated. Produced for every sale, they must highlight the items being sold while giving potential buyers enough room to write in the margins. Large, full-spread photographs are often used to display especially important pieces and collections. While working for Leslie Hindman Auctioneers, I oversaw and produced catalogues for more than 50 sales.
